The cost of your treatment may vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Dr. Corbitt and the staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment plan options so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile, and your family.

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best care whenever you need it.

Our practice accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We are able to accept Flex payment cards for your portion if your card can be processed at the time of service. We offer affordable third-party financing options, including CareCredit.

Insurance

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider and help you understand your insurance benefits. We will even be happy to file your insurance for your visit, provided we have all the necessary information. You can always email insurance changes to our office prior to your visit. We will be able to estimate your portion prior to your visit. You will be required to pay your estimated portion for each visit at that visit. Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and we are a 3rd party to that relationship

We are able to accept all PPO insurance plans. We do not accept any HMO dental plans.
